Portability of DID Numbers

Local Number Portability (LNP) allows end users to keep their phone number when they switch from one telecommunication service provider to another.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. 1- The LNP services are not standardized and vary by country. At UVox we make every effort to provide this service in as many countries as possible.

  2. 2- Our LNP team is dedicated to assisting the adaptation requirements of our clients. This team works in multiple time zones, ensuring the fastest possible processing times.

  3. 3- The transfer fee is not refundable and will be deducted once the transfer (re) is sent. All free transfers are subject to the approval of UVox for each individual case.

  4. 4- In case of rejection / cancellation of the transfer, a fee of USD 20 per number will be applied.

  5. 5- A fee of USD 2 per number will be applied for port exit processing.

  6. 6- All prices are in US dollars.

  5. List of required documents:

  1. 1- UVox LOA for a particular country

  2. 2- Information specific to a particular country

  3. 3- Last invoice

  4. 4- Account number required

  5. 5- TAX / local VAT or company registration number

  6. 6- Identification, passport, company registration certificate.

  7. 7- Proof of Authorization to sign the document of termination (in case the number belongs to the company)

  8. 8 - Local address of the end user of the same city as the number to be transferred

  9. 9 - End user service address in the same country

  10. 10 - Letter from the previous provider.

  11. 11 - Last proof of payment
